4. Car Pool Booking Policies

NoBroker.ro facilitates car pool sharing. Drivers and passengers agree to coordinate trips responsibly. Drivers must maintain valid licenses and insurance. NoBroker.ro is not a transportation provider and is not responsible for the safety, reliability, or quality of the car pool rides. Users participate at their own risk and should exercise caution and good judgment.

5. Fees & Payments

NoBroker.ro prides itself on being a zero-broker-fee platform. We do not charge commission on transactions between users. However, certain premium features, such as featuring an ad, may require a fee. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law.
